Private / Semi-Private Training

Anton is excellent at going at the pace and level of the person he is working while still being able to push them to achieve results. Safety is always the most important factor- No one has ever been injured while training with Anton. He watches over whoever he trains with a close eye to make sure that they are really getting the finer points of the technique. Anton is committed to helping you reach your goals, whether you want to increase strength, regain lost ranges of motion, or lose weight. Through private training, you can reach your fitness goals and master the kettlebell techniques in a much shorter time. Anton is also available for semi-private training and small groups. Half-hour or full-hour sessions are available, contact Anton to inquire about fees.

Group Class

Group classes are always a lot of fun! We combine kettlebells, body weight training, and occasionally other tools like indian clubs or battle ropes for a complete work out! We always start the class off with joint mobility and a good warm up. Anton is able to work with all levels and can modify any exercise to make it accessible to everyone!  All our welcome! The class has a relaxed but focused atmosphere. Expect to work hard and develop skill!

Please email in advance before attending. At least one private lesson is required before joining the group class if you have little or no kettlebell experience! All equipment is provided by Anton. Please wear shoes with flat bottoms or tennis shoes. Bare foot training is also acceptable and encouraged!

Equipment? None! Anton will provide all required equipment. Wear shoes with flat-bottoms or tennis shoes.

*Prerequisite: If you have no kettlebell experience at least one private lesson is required. This is so Anton can introduce the basic concepts and movements and give an introduction to the training.
