Private / Semi-Private Training
Anton is excellent at going at the pace and level of the person he is working while still being able to push them to achieve results. Safety is always the most important factor- No one has ever been injured while training with Anton. He watches over whoever he trains with a close eye to make sure that they are really getting the finer points of the technique. Anton is committed to helping you reach your goals, whether you want to increase strength, regain lost ranges of motion, or lose weight. Through private training, you can reach your fitness goals and master the kettlebell techniques in a much shorter time. Anton is also available for semi-private training and small groups.
